Arabic, English and Turkish, with German support for simple matters only. Please explain your topic and the language you need so we can check whether the support is suitable.
Can you accompany me outside these cities?
Accompaniment and in-person visits are limited to Essen, Dortmund, Mülheim an der Ruhr, Duisburg, Oberhausen and Düsseldorf.
How are the cost and appointment agreed?
Once the service, city and time needed are clear, we agree on the cost and details before confirming the appointment and starting.
What should I prepare before getting in touch?
A short description of the service, city and language, plus the date if you already have an appointment. We can discuss which documents are needed later, depending on your request.
